With Thanksgiving just over three weeks away, we are in full planning mode! What are your special Thanksgiving traditions? Grandma's dressing recipe? Watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade? Pumpkin pie? We love to incorporate a meaningful touch to our Thanksgiving tablescape every year - these are a few of our favorites!
THE THANKFUL JAR
Set out decorative jars on the table and fill with cards and colored pencils. Ask your guests to write down things they are thankful for and place them in an empty glass vase. Watch the vase fill over the course of dinner then share the contents over coffee and that third slice of pie!
THANK YOU NOTE
Fold each napkin into an envelope and tuck a note into it for your guests to find as you sit down to dinner. Welcome them to the table and remind them that this meal is special and so are they.
