  • We inspect our product rigorously, but if you find a fault in our workmanship, we will happily exchange your product with no cost to you. If you find that you have chosen the wrong pattern for your décor we are happy to exchange your full price purchase for another of our fine linens or issue a refund once we receive your items returned to us. 
  • After receiving customer service authorization, simply return your product to us with the original packaging and hangtags within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used or sale items.
  • Sale items or items identified as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • We do no offer price adjustments or refunds on previously purchased items.
  • Contact Customer Service to arrange an exchange or refund by email (support@henhouselinens.com) or phone (334.625.0391).
  • We recommend that you send your exchange via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. Shipping fees, including exchange shipping fees, are not refundable except as noted above. Please be sure to include your packing slip or a note with your name and order number.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original payment method less shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any sign of wear, alteration, use or damage. Items returned to us that fall in this category will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.
  • If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
  • We're sorry, but exchanges for purchases made in a department store or partnered retail store or spa may not be returned to henhouselinens.com. If the item you wish to return was not purchased through  henhouselinens.com, please return to the place of purchase for resolution.
